Description:
Quincy was rescued as a stray from NE Philadelphia. He was most likely abanoned by his previous owner. Luckily a good samaritan fed him until STC had room in foster care. Quincy was already neutered when we found him but he has been updated on his vaccines and tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS. Unfortunately because Quincy was left outside for about a month he became very matted and dirty and covered with car oil. The only solution was to completely shave him and give him a bath. Now he is nice and clean and his hair has grown back in. Quincy is a very friendly, handsome boy. Please consider giving this sweet guy a new home!
