Dr. Pepper & his siblings were rescued from outside with their mom is NE Philadelphia.  All 4 kittens are very sweet and love to play.  Dr. Pepper has been neutered, vaccinated, and his sibling tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS.  Dr. Pepper has also received a dose of Revolution.  If you are interested in adopting this cute little guy please fill out the application online.
