Louie was rescued on the streets of Philly. He was living on a kind woman's porch where he was trying to get away from the dangers of the city. Luckily, STC was able to help, and now Louie is in the safety of a foster home. Louie loves other cats/kittens. He'd be a great addition to any household with other cats. Louie has been neutered, given his vaccinations, been wormed and given flea medication. Please consider meeting litttle Louie!
