Artie was rescued from outside with his siblings in South Philadelphia.  He is very handsome but a little on the shy side.  He is slowly learning to trust humans and will make a great pet for someone.  Artie has been tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS and is up to date on his vaccines.  If you are interested in adopting Artie please fill out the application online.
