Description:
Tipsy's Mom lived in a business park in Newtown. She was very pregnant when she wandered up to STC volunteers who were feeding feral cats who live there. The volunteer trapped her and brought her inside to have her babies. She was exhausted and very happy to have a warm, safe place to have her babies.

Tipsy is very friendly and playful. We're not quite sure what happened but when she was around two weeks old her foster mom noticed that she was missing the foot from one of her hind legs. It isn't slowing her down in the least and she is keeping up with her siblings just fine.
