Description:
jasper and his siblings were born outside in a trailer park. The park owner didn't want them out there and was threatening to dump them elsewhere to get rid of them. Mom and kittens were gathered up and taken into foster care.

Jasper may have been shy when he was first brought into foster care but he's not shy now! He likes to be pet and held. He is playful and curious and is good with other cats.
