Freddie was abandoned by his owner in Bensalem.  He was living outside (see attached pictures) for about a month until STC had room for him in foster care and was able to rescue him.  Freddie is extremely friendly and has a delightful personality.  He is a sweet natured boy that loves to be held and lay in your lap.  Freddie also has a playful side and loves to play with some of his favorite toys.  He has been neutered, tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS and is up to date on his vaccines.  We have also given Freddie a dose of Revolution as a dewormer/flea treatment.  If you are interested in adopting Freddie please fill out the application online.
