Frederick was found huddled up against a building in Philadelphia trying to stay warm. A kind person saw him and brought him home, cleaned him up and contacted STC for help finding him a forever home.

Frederick is very friendly and loves to be pet. He's a laid back boy and seems to adjust to new circumstances well.

He has tested negative for feline AIDS and Leukemia and has been neutered and vaccinated.
