Mugsy and his siblings were born behind a local shopping center. Employees of a restaurant were helping the cats' regular feeder by keeping an eye on them and giving them special 'treats' from the restaurant. Mugsy has been tested negative for feline AIDS and Leukemia and has his vaccinations. He is a sweet affectionate boy who now needs a nice inside home where he will be safe.
